These Terms govern your use of the AI Trivia application (the "App") provided by Ezysphere. By using the App you agree to them.

1. Use of the App

AI Trivia is provided for entertainment and learning. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

2. AI-Generated Content

Questions and answers are generated by an automated AI system and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Content is provided for general knowledge and fun, and should not be relied on as professional, medical, legal, or factual authority.

3. Advertising

The App is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Your interaction with ads is subject to Google's terms and policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and branding are owned by Ezysphere and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute the App without permission.

5. Availability

Generating new questions requires an internet connection and depends on third-party services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezysphere is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
