These Terms govern your use of the EzyPlayer application (the "App") provided by Ezysphere. By using the App you agree to them.

1. Use of the App

EzyPlayer plays media stored on your device and offers optional social features. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

2. Your Content & Rights

You are responsible for the media you play and for any content you share through Watch Together, reactions, or voice notes. You confirm you have the right to play and share it, and you must not share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

3. Community Conduct

When using social features, be respectful of other participants. We may limit or remove access to social features for abusive or unlawful behaviour.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and branding are owned by Ezysphere. You retain rights to your own media and content; you grant us a limited licence to transmit your social content solely to deliver the feature to session participants.

5. Service Availability

Social features require an internet connection and depend on third-party services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezysphere is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
