Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ezysphere ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the EzyNotify mobile application (the "App"), which watches web pages you choose and alerts you when they change.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and an encrypted password through our authentication provider, Supabase. You may instead sign in with Google, in which case we receive basic profile information (such as your email) from Google. You can also start as an anonymous guest.
- Your monitors. The web addresses (URLs), labels, and keywords you choose to watch are stored so we can check them and notify you.
- Alerts & activity. Records of detected changes and the alerts we've sent you.
- Push tokens. A Firebase Cloud Messaging token for your device so we can deliver notifications.
- Diagnostics & analytics. We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand usage and fix crashes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and secure your account and merge guest data when you sign in.
- To check the pages you've asked us to monitor and detect changes or keywords.
- To send you alerts and maintain your activity history.
- To improve reliability and fix problems.
3. Email Codes
Sign-up and password reset use a 6-digit code sent to your email. These emails are delivered through our email provider (Resend).
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the App: Supabase (authentication, database, monitoring functions), Google Firebase (push messaging, analytics, crash reporting), Google (if you use Google sign-in), and Resend (email codes). Each processes data under its own terms.
5. Monitoring & Third-Party Sites
EzyNotify retrieves pages you ask it to watch in order to detect changes. We are not responsible for the content of those third-party sites, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to monitor them.
6. Data Retention
Account data, monitors, and alerts are retained while your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time - see our account deletion page.
7. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data and withdraw consent where applicable. Email apps@ezysphere.com.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
