These Terms govern your use of the EzyNotify application (the "App") provided by Ezysphere. By using the App you agree to them.

1. Use of the App

EzyNotify lets you monitor web pages for changes and receive alerts. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

2. Responsible Monitoring

You are responsible for the pages you choose to monitor and for ensuring you have the right to do so. Do not use the App to monitor sites in violation of their terms of service, applicable law, or others' rights, or to harass, scrape prohibited content, or gain unauthorized access.

3. No Guarantee of Delivery

We aim to detect changes promptly, but checking frequency, third-party site behaviour, network conditions, and push-delivery systems mean we cannot guarantee that every change will be detected or that every alert will arrive on time. Do not rely on EzyNotify for time-critical, safety-critical, or financial decisions.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, and branding are owned by Ezysphere and protected by applicable laws.

6. Service Availability

The App depends on internet connectivity and third-party services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezysphere is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
