Delete Your Account
This page lets you request deletion of your Snap Pattern account and everything attached to it - your measurements, your drafted patterns, your points balance and your profile. Snap Pattern is developed by Ezysphere Limited. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Snap Pattern never stores the photographs you take. Each one is processed in memory by the measurement engine and discarded the instant your numbers are returned. There is no image to delete, and there never was - see the privacy policy. What this page deletes is the numbers, the patterns and the account.
Before you submit
- Export anything you want to keep. Save your pattern PDFs to your device first - once the account is deleted we cannot regenerate them, because we will no longer hold the measurements they were drafted from.
- Unspent points are forfeited. Deleting the account erases the balance, and points have no cash value and are not refundable.
- Using an anonymous session? Snap Pattern works without an account, in which case there is no email address on file. Tell us in the form below and we will reply with the identifier the app can show you, so we delete the right record rather than guessing at it.
- Uninstalling handles your device. Settings, cached results and exported PDFs live on your device. Removing the app removes them; we never had a copy.
How to request deletion
- Complete the form below using the email address on the account.
- Confirm you understand deletion is permanent.
- We verify that the request came from you, usually by replying to that address.
- We delete your data and email you to confirm - within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
