Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ezysphere ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Build Estimate mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password through our authentication provider, Supabase. Authentication is optional - most tools work without an account.
- Floor plan images. When you use the Automatic Estimate feature, the image you upload is transmitted to our processing server to detect dimensions and generate a bill of quantities. Images are processed to produce your estimate and are not used to identify you.
- Usage & estimates. Saved calculations, points balance, and related statistics are stored either locally on your device or, if you are signed in, in your account so they sync across devices.
- Device & advertising data. We use Google AdMob to show rewarded ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad-interaction data in accordance with Google's policies.
- Purchase data. Point top-ups are processed by Flutterwave. We do not collect or store your card details; payment data is handled by the payment provider.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide estimation, calculation, and saving features.
- To manage your monthly free points, ad rewards, and purchases.
- To sync your data across devices when you are signed in.
- To improve reliability, fix issues, and maintain security.
3. Offline Use & Local Storage
Many features work offline. Points spent while offline are stored on your device and synced to your account the next time you are online. Saved calculations made while signed out remain on your device only.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the App: Supabase (authentication & database), our floor-plan processing server, Google AdMob (advertising), and Flutterwave (payments). Each processes data under its own terms.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Uploaded floor-plan images are retained only as long as needed to generate your estimate.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise these rights, email apps@ezysphere.com or use our account deletion page.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
