Privacy Policy
Read this app-specific document with the Ezysphere Privacy Policy. It describes Build Estimate; the general document supplies the shared provisions. This document controls app-specific details, but never overrides mandatory rights or the general consumer protections.
Information and purposes
- Accounts: email, authentication identifiers, display name and any profile photo; Google or Apple sign-in supplies the profile data you authorise. Supabase supports authentication and cloud records.
- Project content: selected floor plans, images, PDF/CAD files, dimensions and assumptions are sent to the estimation backend when you request online analysis. Estimates, calculations, construction-journal entries and related project details may be stored locally and synced when signed in. Remove client names, addresses and confidential annotations that are not needed.
- Usage: tool openings and uses, points activity, referral records and account identifiers support features, rewards, fraud prevention and product measurement.
- Payments: transaction references, purchase receipts, amount, currency and entitlement records support top-ups and reconciliation. Checkout may use Flutterwave or Paystack, or Apple in-app purchases with RevenueCat, depending on platform. We do not ask you to send card credentials to us.
Analysis providers and generated images
The estimation backend can send plan images and dimensions to Groq for AI-assisted analysis. The backend also creates annotated result images. It can serve those images from its own image store or, in deployments configured to use it, upload them to ImgBB. A result-image URL may be accessible to anyone who has it; do not treat such a URL as private storage or forward it indiscriminately.
Uploaded analysis inputs, temporary files and hosted output images have different lifecycles. Output images can remain available after the analysis response; they are not all discarded when the request ends. Image-host expiry, server cleanup and provider log retention affect how long copies remain. Contact us for removal of a hosted result and avoid submitting sensitive plans without authority. Account-saved estimates and journals remain until deleted or no longer needed for the stated purpose, subject to legal recordkeeping.
Advertising, analytics and attribution
Google AdMob handles rewarded advertising and receives device/ad identifiers where available, network information and ad interactions. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, when configured, receive usage events, screen activity, device/app information and crash diagnostics, with an account user ID when signed in. AppsFlyer, when configured, measures installation campaigns, deep links, sign-in, tool-use and purchase events; these can include an account ID, transaction amount and currency. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous.
Device advertising controls and any in-app consent controls affect their respective processing; disabling personalised ads does not necessarily stop diagnostics, attribution or all SDK traffic. Consent must be obtained where required before non-essential tracking. Contact us to exercise privacy rights. This notice itself does not supply that consent.
Retention and sharing
Supabase, the analysis backend and its enabled AI/image providers, Google, AppsFlyer, payment providers and the relevant store process the categories described above. Recipients of estimates you export receive the exported contents. Transaction records may remain where required for accounting, refunds or fraud disputes. Deleting an account does not remove exports held by your clients. The general policy describes legal bases, international processing and retention criteria.
Your choices, rights and deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction or objection as applicable, withdraw consent for processing that relies on it, and complain to a data protection authority. Use our data request page or email us. We verify requests proportionately and respond within the applicable legal deadline. Removing an app does not delete information already held by a server or another recipient. Device backups and files exported to shared folders may remain.

Children
The minimum ages and parental involvement requirements in the general Terms apply. This app is not intended for children below those ages. If a child has supplied information contrary to these rules, a parent or guardian can contact us to request removal. An age statement does not replace legally required parental consent.
