Read this app-specific document with the Ezysphere Terms of Service. It describes Build Estimate; the general document supplies the shared provisions. This document controls app-specific details, but never overrides mandatory rights or the general consumer protections.
Estimation aid; professional review required
Build Estimate supplies automated and manual quantity, material and cost estimates, calculations and project records. It is not a licensed engineer, architect, surveyor or quantity surveyor, and its outputs are not certified designs, professional advice, an offer to perform building work, a binding quotation, or approval under building regulations.
Before procurement, tendering, signing a contract or construction, have an appropriately qualified person independently check every material assumption and output against the plans, site and applicable standards. Do not use the app alone for structural sizing, load-bearing decisions, life safety, building approval or other safety-critical work.
Sources of error and pricing
AI and image interpretation can omit or invent features and misread scale, units, openings, wall thickness, levels or dimensions. PDF/CAD conversion and manually entered values can also be wrong. Confirm quantities, waste factors, material specifications, labour, transport, taxes, exchange rates, location, date and supplier prices. Output labels such as “automatic”, “professional” or a confidence score do not certify accuracy. You are responsible for the decisions you make and for giving these limitations to anyone who receives your estimate.
Authority over project information
Upload only plans, photographs and client information you have authority to process through the providers described in the privacy policy. Remove unnecessary personal, confidential and security-sensitive details. Keep original drawings and independent backups; journals, reports and exports are not a certified record of compliance or completed work.
Points, purchases and refunds
The price, currency, points charge and any promotional allowance shown before a transaction govern that transaction. Points unlock app features, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold. Promotional points and purchased points may have different conditions; any expiry must be disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. Purchases can use Flutterwave, Paystack or Apple in-app purchases, depending on the platform. Store rules and mandatory refund rights apply.
A calculation or analysis can fail or produce an unusable result. Report missing purchased points, duplicate charges or failed paid operations with the transaction reference; we will investigate and provide a correction or remedy where required. Nothing makes payment final where the law entitles you to a refund. An account deletion does not by itself cancel a store subscription.
Availability, liability and changes
Features depend on supported devices, permissions, networks and service providers. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free results. The warranty exclusions and liability limits in clauses 17–18 of the general Terms apply only where lawful. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Material changes follow the notice and acceptance process in the general Terms. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Paid services that we discontinue remain subject to applicable refund rights.
