These terms cover Build Estimate specifically. They sit on top of the Ezysphere Terms of Service, which apply in full and set out your licence, acceptable use, purchases and subscriptions, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution. Where the two genuinely conflict, these Build Estimate terms prevail — for Build Estimate only, and only to the extent of the conflict.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Build Estimate application (the "App") provided by Ezysphere. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Build Estimate provides construction estimation tools, including automatic (image-based) and manual estimates and material calculators. You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
2. Estimates Are Indicative
All quantities, costs, and bills of materials produced by the App are estimates only. They depend on the inputs and images you provide and may not reflect actual site conditions. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them for purchasing, construction, or contractual decisions. Ezysphere is not liable for losses arising from reliance on App outputs.
3. Points, Ads & Purchases
- The App uses a points system. You receive a monthly allowance of free points, and may earn more by watching rewarded ads or purchasing point top-ups.
- Points and purchases are tied to your account (or device, if signed out) and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
- Payments are processed by Flutterwave; completing a purchase is also subject to the payment provider's terms.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its content, and branding are owned by Ezysphere and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the images and data you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.
6. Service Availability
Automatic Estimate requires an internet connection and depends on third-party services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezysphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
