Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ezysphere ("we", "us") handles information in the ShareOps application (the "App"). The short version: ShareOps works entirely offline and we do not collect your data.
1. We Don't Collect Personal Data
ShareOps has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, and no ads. We do not have a server that receives your information, and we do not track you.
2. How File Transfers Work
Files are sent directly between devices over your local network. To do this, the App:
- Broadcasts a presence message on your local network so nearby devices can discover each other (this includes a device name, platform, and free-memory figure you can see in the app).
- Streams the file you choose straight to the receiving device.
This traffic stays on your local network and goes from one device to the other. It does not pass through Ezysphere.
3. On-Device Processing
The optional operations (compress, convert, resize, images→PDF, video trim, and so on) run on your device(s). Your files are not uploaded to us to be processed.
4. Permissions
The App requests only the permissions needed to function - for example, local network access, and access to the files you choose to send or the folder where received files are saved. These are used solely for transfers on your device.
5. Local Storage
App settings and received files are stored on your device. Uninstalling the App removes its settings.
6. Optional Online Tools
Some tools are labelled as internet-only (for example, certain document conversions or OCR). These are clearly marked and are not part of the offline transfer flow; if a future version offers such a feature, its data handling would be described before you use it.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
