These Terms govern your use of the ShareOps application (the "App") provided by Ezysphere. By using the App you agree to them.

1. Use of the App

ShareOps lets you transfer files between devices over a local network and apply operations to them. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

2. Your Files & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you send, receive, and process, and for ensuring you have the right to do so. Do not use the App to transfer unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Only send to and receive from devices and people you trust.

3. On-Device Operations

Operations such as compression, conversion, and resizing modify files on your device. Always keep a copy of important originals; we are not responsible for any loss or change to your files.

4. No Warranty on Transfers

Transfers depend on your local network and devices. We do not guarantee that any transfer will complete, succeed, or be error-free.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and branding are owned by Ezysphere and protected by applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezysphere is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
